The Salute to the Military is scheduled for May 6, 2017 at Horan Park. Proceeds benefit Heaven on Earth for Veterans, Support The Troops, and other veteran groups.
Activities go from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a mass military induction ceremony, bands, art and craft vendors, silent auctions, on-going 50/50 raffles and a kid’s fishing tournament.
They need help before, during and after the event and most requirements are broken down in two hour shifts.
