St. Petersburg Preservation Awards Honor 17 Community 2014 Winners

The 2014 St. Petersburg Preservation Awards were presented to 17 honorees in various categories at an October 24 event at the Studio at 620.

Adaptive Reuse

  • Large Project – Green Bench Brewing, 1133 Baum Avenue North
  • Small Project – Casita Taqueria, 2663 Central Avenue
  • Award of Merit – Duncan McClellan Gallery, 2342 Emerson Avenue South

Compatible Infill Award of Honor – Mitchell Harrison, 2635 4th Avenue North

Historic Neighborhood
