Madeira Bay Resort

Madeira Bay Resort, the newest and finest resort location on the Gulf Beaches is about to begin construction on the final 44 luxury condo resort units!  CENTURY 21 Beggins has successfully sold the pre-construction units as they now enter the final phase of the selling cycle.  Only a few luxury investment units remain for the fortunate few.

The resort overlooks the peaceful and scenic Intracoastal waterway on one side and the pristine white sands and sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico on the other. The resort features classic Mediterranean architecture, tropical landscaping, a heated swimming pool and the Mad Beach Fish House Restaurant, with waterfront dining and cocktails in the elevated tiki bar overlooking the marina and beach. Located adjacent to Pinellas County’s #1 tourist destination, John’s Pass Village, the Madeira Bay Resort complex was the brainchild of Developer Sam Lewis, who envisioned a mixed use area that would offer townhomes for residents and an all-suite hotel with supporting amenities. Owners can stay in their units for 90 days a year and can rent the suites out the rest of the year for significant income opportunities.

Local architect, Jack Bodziak who had designed multiple projects on the Gulf beaches for over 30 years, took Sam’s dream from concept to reality. The 44-slip marina was designed for sport fishing, cruising boats and yachts.

The resort’s first phase, a 68-suite condo resort hotel with meeting rooms for weddings and events, set the stage with suites featuring 1, 2 and 3 bedroom accommodations. Madeira Bay resort has become a destination for our tourist friends as well as the local drive market. “Many locals are buying units in the resort as their revenue generating guest homes.” Says Jeff Beggins of CENTURY 21 Beggins who is successfully selling out the project.

“Buyers are so excited to own in Madeira Bay because they know their future guests will love the location…you come check into your room for a week and go to a different restaurant or bar every day, parasail, rent jet skis, rent boats, go fishing, walk the beach, bike ride, etc..all within a few hundred feet of the resort…there is nothing quite like it anywhere…especially at these prices.” Says Beggins. He adds, “These units are sold fully furnished and rent ready down to the coffee maker and forks and knives…guests enjoy the amenities of a condo, like full kitchen, washer and dryer, multiple bedrooms and baths.

Sam Lewis and his longtime friend, and seasoned developer, Fred Bullard of The Bullard Companies, have joined forces to finish the dream and complete the final 44 units. The lessons learned on the first 68 units have been taken into account, these final 44 units will be the crown jewel of the resort with the most desirable views, and finest of finishes.

The building has enclosed corridors and a secure lobby. The amenities of Madeira Bay Resort include, exercise room, meeting space, restaurant, marina, 24/7 desk and heated pool and spa. Owners are free to manage the rooms themselves should they desire to explore the world of AirBnB, VRBO, HomeAway, etc…or they can turn the units over to the experienced front desk management company to handle the marketing and management of the suites for them. Pre-construction prices start at $274,900. Just 44 lucky owners have the opportunity to become part of Madeira Beach’s largest and most successful all-suite hotel. There are only a handful of suites left. Come own your piece of revenue generating paradise.
